Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply to perishable goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly. Our products fall within this exception.
