More than olive oil in a bottle, it's our family roots we pass on: to the people, the places, and the memories that come with it.
For those who will still be at the table long after us.
Less, on purpose
Our olives are picked early, on purpose:
before they're at their most productive, but exactly when they taste best.
Less olive oil per harvest. Better olive oil in the bottle.
That trade-off was never a hard one for us.
